Sorcerer Lake Lodge

Sorcerer Lodge is located near Rogers Pass in British Columbia's famous Selkirk Mountains. Rustic and cozy, lodge amenities include a very spacious common area, electric lights, and a separate shower and sauna building.

Terrain is suitable for intermediate to advanced skiers, and includes steep north-facing tree skiing and superb runs in the alpine.

Access is via helicopter from Golden, B.C.

Cost: $1900.00 Cdn plus 5% GST. This price is all-inclusive (helicopter flight, food prepared by a professional chef, accommodation and guiding services).

  Golden is a 3.5-hour drive west of Calgary (the nearest international airport) on the Trans-Canada Hwy.

• We recommend that guests stay in Golden the night prior to the trip to avoid delays on Saturday morning due to weather or possible road closures.

• If you are arriving to Golden without a vehicle and you require a ride to the helicopter staging area, please contact us prior to the trip (info@mountianascents.com).

• Baggage restrictions: 40 lbs per person (not including skis) – please pack lightly. Pack gear in two smaller duffel bags rather than one large one (these fit easier into helicopter).
  
• In the unlikely event that the helicopter cannot fly into the lodge on
  Saturday, February 21 (due to poor weather), guests are responsible for their own accommodation and food in Golden.

• Trip price: $1900.00 Cdn plus 5% GST (total = $1995.00 Cdn)

• $900.00 is due upon booking. Balance is due by November 01, 2008

• All payments are refundable prior to November 01 (less $100.00 administration fee).

• All money paid after November 01 is not refundable unless we are able to
  re-sell your trip to someone else. If we fill your spot, all money will be refunded less $100 administration fee.

• We recommend you purchase travel insurance through your local travel agent.

• Each guest is required to complete two waiver forms:
  • Sorcerer Lodge Waiver
  • Mountain Ascents Canada Waiver

• Please print a hardcopy of both forms, read and sign them, and mail to Mountain Ascents Canada with your final payment due by November 01, 2008.

• Avalanche tranceiver (457 kHz single frequency only)
