Canada’s
Rocky Mountains offer mountaineering potential comparable
to that of the European Alps. Scrambles, glacier ascents,
technical rock climbs and classic north-face ice climbs
– the Rockies have it all! Several routes are
close to the road and can be climbed in a single day;
others are based from one of the many alpine huts scattered
throughout the range. Trips and courses available June
through early October.
