The Canadian
Rockies are a first-class destination for ice climbers
worldwide. This area is home to a vast selection of excellent
routes (more than 800 at last count), and ice conditions
that are consistently reliable from mid-November to early
April. Have your pick of classic frozen waterfalls when
ice climbing in the Canadian Rockies. Routes are available
in all grades of difficulty and length (up to 10 pitches!),
and are often only a 15-minute walk from the road.
Trips and courses available with Mountain Ascents from
November through April.
