Mountain Ascents Canada is a family-owned mountain guiding business that offers a selection of trips and courses for climbers and skiers of all abilities.

Brian Webster, owner/operator of Mountain Ascents, is an internationally certified mountain guide (UIAGM/IFMGA); Helen Rolfe while busy with their two children, runs the company's office. Brian's career as a professional mountain guide has taken him to many exceptional mountain ranges worldwide, but he always returns to the mountains of Western Canada where he has been guiding full-time for 15 years. Helen has coordinated commercial trips for more than a decade, from Western Canada’s backcountry to the High Arctic and South America.

Mountain Ascents is based in the town of Canmore, Alberta. Surrounded by stunning peaks and located near Banff National Park, Canmore is a destination area for climbers and skiers from around the world. Located within a 90-minute drive from Calgary International Airport, this area is convenient to reach and begin a mountain holiday.
